We exist to help you know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.
Our Vision...
We seek to reshape the perception of the Church in our community by becoming relevant in how we care for real people with real needs. We will be the first place people look to for identity, community, hope, and help. We will be a Church that feels such urgency to share the good news of Jesus and help others to know God and find freedom, that we will no longer consider our comfort or preferences. We seek to help people discover their purpose and make a difference in the world by connecting them to what God is doing.
Our commitment is to engage 5% of Knox County in active ministry and to celebrate the baptism of 500 people before 2030. We will begin in our neighborhoods, but not allow our current address to define our future footprint.
In our Church, we will allow truth and grace to lead us. Our Church will intentionally form partnerships and relationships to bring hope and help throughout the world, beginning in Knox County. Our Church will demonstrate humility as we serve and hope as we live. Our Church will live out the gospel in such a way that the gospel is irresistible. We are not a cruise ship, but a battleship. Called by God to "go make Christlike Disciples". We are the Church.
